"Check-in was a very pleasant experience. The lady was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. All areas of the hotel were immaculate and the decor was very inviting. Our room was huge, and tastefully decorated. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was very good with many options. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was in a very safe area. I would definitely stay here again. I would also highly recommend Bar Harbor Grand Hotel to everyone."

"Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived late on 10/24 and the customer service personnel was amazing to go as far as writing us a personal note of what to check out based on our person interests. Staff was quick to address any issues such as a clogged toilet. I was beyond impressed with our view and the included continental breakfast was above and beyond. All staff were ever so courteous. I highly recommend this property. A short drive to town."
