"It's a nice remodeled hotel. But when we arrived on Friday l the sidewalk in front of the hotel was full of ice and slush. So much that it was hard to get out of our car. How hard would it be to shovel and clean it for incoming guests?"

"Front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They make it easy to stay there, even when you've forgotten an item or need something additional (blankets, etc.)."
