"I called the front desk and asked the girl that answered at 230pm if she can match the expedia rate she said she was off in 30 minutes and I should call back and talk to someone else. She was SOOOO rude to me! The guy that checked me in was Nicholas and he was helpful. When I was in the room and called the front desk from the room phone and my cell phone no answer which is not right what if I had an emergency and needed help! "This was ok. It was nice and quiet but I gave it 4 stars because it was a bit old. The elevator felt like it might break down at any moment. But overall for the price you at the heart of winter park but not walking distance to anything."

"We had a very nice stay overall. Our only problem was we are older and our room was the farthest away from the elevators so it was a bit more strenuous going back and forth in the long hallways. We also had a slight heating issue because of older heating registers in rooms. They do provide portable space heaters to help. The property is very nice and offers a lot and is located pretty close to the smaller towns as well as Breckenridge which is a fabulous area. This is a great family resort. "
