We had to request a new room as the one we got the first time was not clean. The rooms need some maintenance. All the employees are friendly and willing to help. The restaurant is very good and all the staff is amazing! The location was convenient for our family trip, but it's located next to a bus station and its very busy with a lot of people waiting for their bus oustide the hotel.

Bad taste
Not so clean rooms, old furniture, the towales very much old also the linens. Overall the hotel charges way too much for what they offer . And I stayed for 10 days .

Though is a hotel chain it felt like the local staff was empowered to make decisions. This made it feel like home. Great restaurant mgr and front desk

This hotel isnt what it was a few years ago. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, uncomfortable pillows, i chose this hotel because of the pool/view but the area was closed due to maintenance. They should post that on their page.

The property was a nice property for a short stay, however our room looked like it had not been cleaned, but only the bed made up. Floor was dirty, pillow cases had marks as either unclean or stained.

It was clean attentive staff. Perhaps the staff could use more training. As i was there in the evening, and had no taxis going there. The hotel has no shuttle there and i asked for any options that maybe available. The receptionst hung up on me two times. States there are no options. Unacceptalbe. At least an i dont know or contacted someone that could have better assisted.
