"The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom toilet has pet water bottles to displace the tank water so it doesn’t use so much. But they fall constantly and cause the tank stopper to stay open which cause water waste. The room air control was hot had to totally turn off to get the room to a temperature that you could sleep in. The service was great the room very poor mold in the tub , room temperature"

"Every employee encounter we had was great and they were very helpful and respectful. The rooms were comfy, but there were a couple of cons with the room. The water pressure in the shower was not the best and the shower handle would come off every time we turned it on and the we couldn’t use the tv because the remote did not want to work. "Perfect location for our sightseeing of trip of Monterrey. Beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very close to many excellent restaurants. Room was exceptionally large. Room not ready when we arrived early, so checked our bags, came back approx 4 hours later. Room was given to us, but was unbelievable hot, AC wasn't on. We turned it on and unpacked. Floors weren't particularly clean, no bathmat, handtowel, drinking water, or an extra roll of TP. Thought hmmm, not wonderful for a...
