The hotel is new, and its design and architecture are outstanding. Located right next to a shopping mall that connects to it thru the elevator. Is close to everything, dinning, nightlife, Chipinque, etc. I love the conference rooms, gym, lobby and pool terrace.
The staff service has to improve. The night I arrived it was around 11pm so the front desk was not busy at all, well the young man there did not acknowledged me nor said hello and after waiting more than 5 minutes he finally gave me my room key. The food at restaurant took 40 minutes to be served and it was the wrong order, the drinks at the bar took around 25-30 minutes to be served. My room and the room of the other 3 people that traveled with me was not cleaned after 2pm one of the days we stayed there. And I find this very disappointing since the Hilton brand has very high standards but in this particular place did not reach my expectatives.
The only people that gave me the service I expected were the Valet men (the older ones) so maybe you should focus on hiring older people that take their jobs more seriously. I will probably stay there again but will be because of the first stuff I mentioned, not for the staff.
