"Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!"

"We had a lovely time staying here we gave a 4 star rating because of the poor shower in the master bedroom and a shower leaking through from upstairs airs into downstairs bathroom. The house was in a great location and we loved the space we had. We were all very comfortable and had a lovely time"

"House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early....

"We enjoyed our stay, one block from the beach. Great for walks, close the store and restaurants. The beds are comfortable. Very nice to have while on the road. I would stay here again. No issues. Maybe grab some single coffee for the machine if you your going be be here for a few days. "

The bikes, volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Little touches like water and slippers in each room made it feel extra special. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage! "

"Great location, secure garage parking for one vehicle, overall comfortable home. Some signs of wear and tear (loose kitchen cabinet door hinge, clunky freezer door, worn floor mat), but everything was functional. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, along with a common bathroom which was very convenient. "

"AMAZING! Steve provided more accommodations than we expected and exceeded them. Everything was clean and cozy. A great distance from the sand and beach. Lovely neighborhood. "Easy walk to beach, dinner and coffee. Wonderful safe neighborhood. House was clean other than couches inside & out. Beds were super comfortable. Could use another blow dryer or 2. Property manager was quick to fix an unusable coffee maker. Would be nice to have checkin info a bit sooner than one hour before. And Guidebook was a bit lacking. "

"My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The place is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so we could make dinner at home. The view from the balcony and upstairs guest room is wonderful - we could watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 15 min walk to Main beach. We enjoyed taking the Cliff walk along the ocean to Main beach every morning and went back into town in the evening. We would definitely...

"Truly cannot say enough amazing things about this home on the sea. The check-in process and communication with the host were flawless. It is clean, updated, well-stocked, and HUGE. Beds are comfy as can be, rooms are spacious, and all is beautifully decorated. There is an endless supply of fun to be had given that you are steps to the sand. "Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping.
