"I did not see any notification on Expedia that the property was under construction. Our room was finished and great but the lobby and dining were under construction. Knowledge of that would have been appreciated. Staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful hotel! Travelling home from Florida and we stopped at an Element Hotel in Chattanooga on the recommendation of a friend. We loved the luxurious appointments in our rooms. Especially loved the chef prepared omelets and pancakes as part of the free breakfast. We will share our recommendation with our friends who travel back and forth from Florida. Loved that you are pet friendly. Our Westies were very comfortable."
