"We only stayed at the De Reve for 1 night because we were catching a cruise ship the next day. Istanbul is such a great city and we would love to come back and stay longer. "You cannot beat the location! Two minute walk from Galata Tower! Cute neighborhood, walkable to Galata bridge and Sultanahmet neighborhood. Istiklal Avenue is minutes away. I loved the cobblestone streets around the hotel , small cafes. Lots of dining options, souvenir shops, very vibrant area. The room was decent , spacious, may be just a bit dated. "Amazing location and good value. The room had everything I needed and was solid but small. Good shower and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful - made restaurant reservations, booked taxis and were overall pleasant. I let the front desk know and they offered to switch my room but I had already started to unpack so they sent housecleaning...
