Its superb location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared—well balanced and of high quality. On a morning when we had to leave early, the hotel even provided us with a breakfast bag, which was a very considerate touch. The staff, including Alex and the concierge team, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. One detail worth mentioning: we noticed a small issue in our room and reported it to the front desk. To our surprise, Tatiana, the Guest Relations Manager, personally reached out to us and kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. We truly appreciated this gesture—it showed how much the hotel values its guests and is committed to ensuring a perfect stay. This thoughtful response speaks volumes about the hotel’s service philosophy."

"Amazing property. Close to everything. In the party district which is lovely if you like lots of energy. We opened our balcony and listened to the party!! If you are like us and pack heavy just be aware Uber and taxi cannot drive in the street so you will need to carry your luggage up the cobblestone street and then up to your apartment if you don’t book the elevator apartments, no issue for us because the price is amazing for what you get. Also breakfast is great included everyday. They drop the food the night before, and fresh local bread on your door in the mornings! Would totally stay again!! "
