I’ve stayed at three hotels in Lisbon and this was my best experience, even though the entire city is lovely. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located next to many of the city’s best attractions and the rooms were clean and quiet.

Greeting on arrival by Bruno and Sergio was very welcoming. The evening staff member who attended our room was always very friendly and did everything to make our stay very enjoyable, and Hvo who was always very polite and very friendly.Generally all the staff were great. The room was comfortable and the bed excellent. If we return to Lisbon we will certainly stay at the Montebelo again.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The rooms are very well appointed and quiet and all of the staff from front desk to breakfast were great. I would definitely stay again when we return to Lisbon.

We LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect for sightseeing. Staff were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel in all our travels. This hotel is a 10 of 10. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Las chicas de recepción no hablan bien otro idioma más q portugués (dijo q solo tenía dos semanas ahí) la mesera del comedor/bar argentina super grosera (dijo q solo tenía una semana ahí) en la noche no había gente en recepción y eso q es 5 estrellas Ni agua nos repusieron en el cuarto y era chiquititito la habitación y la ventana la abrías y daba a 15 cm o menos a una pared de concreto para ese precio de más de $400 euros creo q no lo valía para el espacio y el servicio
