"The apartment wasn't well cleaned and there were many details that were problematic. There was mold all throughout the bathroom that was easily cleaned off the tiles but they didn't bother. "This is a very old building but not in too bad shape. You have a great view of the ocean and Christ the King. The place was drafty and you only have two plug in heaters. Bring your own washcloths. This place is also very close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall not bad."
