The staff is friendly and speak english, a public onsen on the top floor, a microwave and ice machine, and a landromat. "Great place to stay. I spent 3 days here and couldn't be happier. Close to the metro and the narita express, fabulous restaurants close by. Arcades and plenty of night life in the immediate vacinity. The bed was one of the best I've had in 6 weeks. Room is clean and a big screen tv with plenty of movies for free on demand. I literally have zero gripes about this place "
