Location was great & close to everything we had planned out to do. However, our room could have been cleaner. There was a giant hair in the bed when we pulled down the covers the first time. The tv remote was filthy & had sticky stuff all over it, which grossed me & my husband out. The rest of the facility was fine. But those two issues stuck with me. Your staff was quite nice & accommodating when we would ask for more washcloths & for restaurant recommendations.

I liked the overall vibe and location, however we had money stolen out of our car while parked with the valet. We don’t usually leave money in our car, but my husband forgot to grab a birthday card (with the money in it) from the center console. The card was open and the money gone when we checked as we were leaving the hotel. We called to alert management, but nothing came of it.

Budget Hotel Survival Guide: Expect the Unexpected! Booking this hotel because of its low price? Buckle up — you’re in for an adventure. It wasn’t exactly a disaster, but let’s just say it came with a few surprises. Here’s what to expect: Valet Shenanigans: Arriving late at night, we watched the front desk clerk search for the valet driver, who was apparently enjoying a power nap. Retrieving your car isn’t simple either — you have to pre-pay for every night of your stay before they’ll hand over the keys. It’s like a Netflix subscription, but for parking. Front Desk Chronicles: The staff was friendly… when they were there. Sometimes their phones seemed like their real priority. At one point, the front desk was unmanned for half an hour — long enough for us to consider applying for the job ourselves. Housekeeping Roulette: Room cleaning was like playing hotel bingo. Some days we hit the jackpot; other days, nothing. After four days, we learned the magic trick: ask the front desk directly. Apparently, telepathy wasn’t working. Parking Adventures: No hotel lot means paying full price at nearby garages — no discounts, no validation, just pure capitalism. Street parking signs were so confusing we felt like we needed a law degree to understand them. Parking tickets? A real possibility. Getting towed? The ultimate plot twist. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a cheap stay and can handle some chaos, this place might work. It’s like a budget hotel mixed with an escape room!

Room was gigantic and great price and I loved the mirror in the room. The tv also greets you when you come in which is super cute. All the staff was friendly as well.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. There's a gym and laundry room on site. The breakfast hours are reasonavle at three hours. Check out both dining areas, they may offer different dishes. Close to transportation and and walkable to downtown. The queen suite was huge. Thank you for a wonderful time.
