"The property is ideally located in the centre of Brodick Bay, and hence is easily accessible from the Brodick Ferry, (when it runs!) It is a traditional B&B, and hence is simple, but satisfactory. It is very reasonably priced, and the breakfast fare was fine. Dunvegan facilitates a place to sleep and a place to have breakfast and thus satisfies the needs of most travellers."

"Originally booked for one night as we hadn’t used this Guest House before but happily booked an additional night after our warm welcome on arrival and seeing the interior. The standard of cleanliness is exceptional better than most 5* properties we’ve visited. "Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Sugar Boat on our way up to the Highlands. The room was very comfortable, the staff were amazing and the food was great! Would definitely recommend! "

"dog friendly, staff a bit inexperienced as breakfast was not set up this may be due to time of year and not usual staff member as l was the only guest, room and facilities need a spruce up. "

"I was over from Australia, for a funeral and stayed for one night. The room was lovely and met my needs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious 😋 Freddie was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great wee room, checked in late and out early but it was a beautiful little room with everything you’d need and the bed was comfy."

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. "Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."
