"Decor, facilities and the check in process was excellent. Bathroom was too small for my liking. Can’t give an assessment on the staff as I never met them. Calls into question the focus of some aspects of the questionnaire if the only contact was a remote online process. "

"The bedroom appeared to be clean but when I moved one of the beds and a bedside cabinet there was rubbish behind and under the furniture. I had to move the bed to gain access to the wardrobe. The bathroom, however, was not clean at all. There was rubbish on the floor and it was filthy. The shower door didn’t open fully because the sink was in the way. The room was so small it was awful. The shower door did not close properly as it was warped at the bottom. We didn’t use it whilst we were there...

"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."
