Excellent service from staff on arrival at reception however when ordering the meals i didnt get what i ordered but it was rectified in a nice way,clean room and breakfast was great.my only issue was the very poor Internet connection which would make me think twice about staying again as couldn't complete work

A few mistakes made!

Dog barking in one of the rooms at 8.30pm. Fire alarm went off for 30 seconds at 6.30am. Charged my card twice for the room and now I have to wait 5 days for a refund!!!

Friday Night Stay

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Hotels.com guests do not get spa included in price though and are charged £40 on arrival. This should be clearer advertised when booking.
