"After lots of internet searching we finally settled on IHG Hotel Indigo and we are so glad that we did. The entire experience from check-in to leaving was excellent. Staff were exceptional, polite, professional and built an excellent rapport with us. We liked the eco scheme they had if you didn’t want your room cleaned. The room was very cosy and had everything we needed except it would have been nice to have some milk with the coffee/tea. "

"Perfect location for this hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The roof top is awesome, great experience. If your room faces the street, you will hear the traffic down below. The bed is super hard, same with pillows. The breakfast is excellent, great selection in the morning. Mark at the front desk was awesome, he helped us with all of our requests and questions. He made our stay even more enjoyable. "
