This was our first time staying at a Sonder Hotel & our experience there exceeded our expectations. Our room was light, spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, beautiful bed linens which included a mini kitchen washing machine. It is very centrally located near great coffee across the street, grocery store a few stores down.....super close to tram/bus stop & walking distance to the Duomo. Very friendly, helpful staff, too! Can't wait to try out other Sonder locations!

Great hotel. Newly renovated so the room was like new. Washer/dryer was important for our hotel selection and the one in the room was excellent. Well laid out, easy check in, any issues can be dealt with via the Sonder app (like needing extra toilet paper). We chose to walk to the Duomo (about 12 minutes), but there’s a tram stop right outside the front door. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Milan.

Very well appointed property. We had access to the tram right in front, metro nearby in 5 minutes, Duomo in 10 minutes. Grocery right below & good cafes nearby. We cooked breakfast & spent most of the day out. Super convenient & very good front desk.

Wonderful property that was walking distance from to the Duomo and has multiple metro stations nearby. The rooms itself were beautiful with great views and was well stocked. Staff were helpful and the building has a nice sauna and gym. Would return on another trip to Milan.

Well done, hotel opened just a month ago so everything is pristine. From our top floor room which had all the amenities, we could see the top front half of the duomo from our balcony. The easy access to the rooftop terrace could give all staying the same experience. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Very nice new hotel. All was excellent except Sounders should work on the lighting.. All lighting is very harsh and bright with no dimming possible or night lighting for bed or reading. Also I think you need a better interior designer since layout / furniture and small tv don’t work. Next time contact me. The place needs some positive feeling and more functional interiors. Lastly Sounders check in is complicated. 8 emails to get into the hotel.
