This is a quality property with excellent customer service. Staff was helpful and welcoming. It is not far from the city center. The room and bathroom were well appointed definitely 4 star

Excellent location just 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. Modern rooms, very confortable and clean. Bathroom, considering others in Europe, amazing!! Breakfast good enough with assorted options to choose. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, very clean. The only thing you need to be aware is a mild noise from the trams and the street, however it’s nothing bad. Rest of the stay was pretty straightforward and nice.

Thé room was well decorated had everything we needed. Small but expected in Europe. Beautiful decor and staff friendly nice touch of water and lemon and candy in the lobby. We did not take the breakfast it was expensive at 25 euro.
