"1. The place was not clean, bugs bit us 2. Paid 42 Euro for god knows what (cleaning fee and city tax???) had to be cash NO receipt 3. Went up 4 stories with a lift do go down 3 stories on small stairs with 50 kilograms of luggage - no mention of that Literally a hell hole we had to go down into Couldn’t open the windows as it as filthy outside and view into raw concrete and an attic The place was not what the pictures portrayed at all Only 2 over used cushions Bed that pulls out from...

"Nice historical building and close to central. We had couple of issues: The internet wasn’t working and the TV was only in Italian. On the second night there was a cleaning happening in the rooms above us at 1AM!!!! Loud hoover and ppl talking/ walking. We were not able to go sleep till 3am. We stayed in many hotels but never been kept awake by the cleaning at night!"

"Small hotel well located away from main tourist areas, but with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. I had a small single room--adequate for my two-night stay. There was a nice bathroom with shower and a comfortable leather chair by the desk. Friendly and helpful staff. Via Torino is a short walk away and it's a 15-minute walk to the Duomo and another 10 minutes to the Pinacoteca Brera. Good value. I would stay again."

"The pictures do not do it justice, very nice family room w/ kitchen, very comfortable large bed, and a large, very well equipped bathroom. This was a perfect place for us as a family (we have a 3 yr & 11 yr old); location, accessibility, service, cleanliness was perfect. The lady who hosted us, I believe it was Jessica, their office is Just Legal right next door, she is fantastic!! We wanted to stay right next to Duomo and in central Milan.
