All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. The hotel felt safe and was 5 minutes walk away from Sforzesco Castle and within easy walking distance of the Duomo and neighbouring shopping areas.

This is a good hotel to stay in the downtown milan. Location could not be better. They should check the art work in the rooms to make sure it properly attached. Piece of decorative art fall on us in the middle of the night. We and the hotel were really lucky that there was only a shock and we got frighten and non of us got hurt.

Lovely hotel and great service. However room was too hot as there was no AC and we were unable to open the window as it let in too many mosquitos. So we unfortunately had a terrible night’s sleep and got bitten alive!

This is the hotel where we started and ended our tour of Italy. The staff was extremely helpful in all ways. The breakfast was delicious and so many choices!!! They even gave us umbrellas to use when it rained.The hotel was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We’re able to either walk, taxi or use public transportation to anywhere we wanted to go without any difficulty. The staff spoke excellent English and were polite and attentive to our requests The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The Lavatar espresso machine was an unexpected amazing extra.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Cusani Milano! Staff was friendly and most spoke English. The location is fabulous, an easy walk to Duomo and even closer to the Castello. Tons of shopping within a close walking distance. The last day we grabbed the hotel breakfast which was reasonably priced and delicious, not to mention super convenient. Five stars, highly recommend.

Nice property in a good location. Very friendly staff, room in nice condition. Only issue was the shower stall was very small, which seemed odd as the bathroom was large and there was a large tub. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
