"I had several problems: The staff only spoke Chinese and not even speaking a word of English made it very difficult to relate my other problems. It is loacted on a alleyway so its very tough to find even in a cab. Because they don't speak English it was near impossible to locate even when they spoke in Chinese to the cab driver. "We stayed here for a week, and have stayed at this property for 20 years. This is an excellent location for Beijing - the mall has lots of food options, easy to get transport, and walking distance to some things (Beijing is just so huge.) The staff are very helpful and accommodating, the property is beautiful, and breakfast is fabulous (it is huge, so look at all the options before you decide.) Highly recommend!"
