"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"Never ever stay at this hotel. Not worth the price. The room is not available although past the check in time. Air conditioner and the light are not working properly. We have to take off the room key in order to switch off the light. They have charged my credit card twice for my stay. The staff are not very helpful in solving the problem. Still waiting for the refund."

"Stayed for three nights, the service overall is good, swimming pool is shared with another business, the opening hour is a little too late for me, and it requires a photo of passport to verify in addition to hotel key. One day the clean lady forgot to provide bottle water, but with a phone call, they send to our room. Breakfast is okay, overall a pretty nice place to stay."

"The concierge at this hotel was amazing! She booked several appointments for me, National Museum and Tiananmen Square, which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own without a local phone number. She also followed up with me to ensure I knew exactly where to go. The pool, like all the other reviews rave about, is also amazing!!! "

"My son and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful property in a pleasant location. The staff were extremely competent and the service was flawless. The highlight for us was the breakfast buffet with so many options of local food. We also had some amazing meals at the Chinese restaurant in the evening. We loved the pool and the hot tub too. The hotel is also close to a river with some lovely pedestrian walkways. I would highly recommend this hotel. We hope to return one day!"

"Adelina the receptionist at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us find areas to visit and answered every single question we had. Adelina should be compensated for her excellent service. Room was super spacious and it is a real 5 star hotel and treatment. "
