Whenever we called for anything, service was always prompt. Location is convenient and walkable to Sanlitun. We would stay at the Conrad again. "

"Very good Hotel with all all confort. Clean room, good beds, linen exchanged every 2nd day. Quick laundry Service within a day, Even without Express Service. Excellent 28m 3 lanes pool, sauna and very good gym with outside view. Only inconvénience was the not working A/C. With up to 27C degrés on the room ( outside 20C/ Autumn ). Apparently the a/c was off in the entire hotel, so that might be for Energy saving reasons. Supermarkets, coffees, Restaurants in walking distance. Metro station...

The hotel's staff are gracious and helpful, the location is good for walking and has ample restaurants if one wishes to eat outside the hotel, and is quiet.
