"Hotel is pretty. Breakfast buffet is quite expansive with many variety of food options. Worth the extra cost. Staff are freiendly and very helpful."

"We arrived on a late flight, check-in was straight forward. We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was spacious and very comfortable although a little dated. Our room faced the park side. Whenever we called for anything, service was always prompt. Location is convenient and walkable to Sanlitun. We would stay at the Conrad again. "

"We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage. "Area is near the embassies so it’s extremely safe with lots of things around that cater to foreigners. Maid service and staff are quite helpful, maid even folded my clothes which was a nice touch. Starbucks in the hotel is convenient although it opens at 930am. Only thing I don’t like is the room is a little dated with carpet instead of laminate. At least they have plugs everywhere and the plugs accommodate American plugs. "
