"This is a great hotel with a fabulous location by the Plaza de Mayo. The only thing we had a problem with was electrical access in the bedroom of our suite to plug in our cpap machines, but they immediately took care of that with an extension cord and power strip - very easy fix! They came and brought us bottles of water and beautiful chocolates and macrons on our first evening as well. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Our room was nice and spacious, comfy but didn’t have a nice view. We think the hotel is centrally located and easy to find as you only need to look for the obelisk as it is about 5 min walk from the hotel. It’s a busy location with easy access to restaurants, cafes, bank, convenience stores and tango shows venue. Lots of tourists so it’s safe to walk around at night. The restaurant on site does have good food, cocktails and wine at reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was great. Truly enjoyed...

"Location, location, location perfect. Clients should check bills for unauthorized charges. Suspect inside job. Easily resolved, but worrisome in dining area. I discussed this issue with desk staff, not sure if they will take appropriate action."
