"I was initially going to cancel because there was a flood warning for the Ohio River that blew up in the days leading to my visit. I called Harrah's three times in the days leading up to the visit and they confirmed they were open and no concerns. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing the property at 5pm the next day so we needed to leave promptly with no extensions. The casino itself does not open until 8am on Sundays and is generally very small."

"Everything about this hotel was not good from the check in to cleanliness in the room and even to our door mysteriously being unlocked upon returning to our room after going out for a while."
