"We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well appointed. We thought the breakfast was good. It is located behind a surgery center and we had very little traffic. The outside pool area is nice, they supplied the towels and the grandkids liked it. My only complaint was that the bed in room 106 is on the same wall as the exit and it is a very heavy door. Luckily, there was not much late/early traffic, we we endured."

"The property was extremely nice and made me feel like home. The customer service was excellent, and their was not an extra charge for breakfast, which was delicious and made the stay more pleasant. The decorations in the hotel was beautiful. Especially the Mardi Gras tree and table in the lobby. I have already recommended this hotel to others and now this is the only place i wanna stay when i come home."

"There was no staff at the front desk to check me in nor out. I had to yell in the lobby for someone to come out to check me in after waiting at the front desk for over 10 mins because the courtesy phone was inoperable. Another guest told me that this was their norm. Other than that I had a good stay. I may stay there again but they need to hire better staffing that will not leave their posts unattended and better serve the guests. Very unprofessional."

"Nice clean & spacious 3br 2ba duplex with new kitchen appliances. Had everything we needed for a two week stay. Property manager returned messages very quickly. Location was safe but some street noise as it is in a neighborhood but right next to commercial area. "
