"Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it."

"When we checked in the young man was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. I really liked the shower! The lady day we went to breakfast at 7:30 (opened at 7) and everything was almost gone —they had a bus tour there but we were disappointed that morning. The other mornings it was fine with a big selection. Good location for taking the tram into Venice. "

"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...
