"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"The service is superb, the location is good, and the setting is beautiful. It is close to two vaporetto stops, one of which is on the water taxi route to the airport. "Large and comfortable room, nice and quiet in the island of Murano, with the Museo stop for the vaporetto right at the door. Service was excellent, they had the beautiful detail of gifting me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, nice! The personnel at the desk provide you with all info you need. It has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, not sure for lunch. Stan and Ricky from the bar were great and lots of fun, they celebrated my BDay with music and dance. Thank you all!"

One night in Venice, perfect.

"It was perfect for what we needed. Super close to the train station so we didn't need to take our luggage far. Check I was fast and they were very kind. The room was clean, and had a very nice bathroom. We were very happy with the breakfast, plenty of great food. We would definitely stay again. "
