"A bit hit and miss, staff were super friendly but hotel is very dated, didn't opt for breakfast but looked like something out of Captain Scott's era himself, room was very comfortable, albeit difficult to get the temperature down via the Aircon, bathroom was fine, everything worked, although there was a dubious stain on one of the bed throws but I assumed positive intent on this occasion. "

"In the main all I ask for in a hotel is to be clean and safe. But occasionally I encounter a hotel that deserves praise. We stayed for two nights. The room was large and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were efficient and courteous. Breakfast was good, dinner even better. Add complimentary access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and the result is amazing value. Thoroughly recommended. "
