"The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend! "

It's a bit "Harry Potter" like, in a sense that it has corridors and rooms that connect up and down from different directions and It's very cool. I love that the living room area has a high ceiling and is open to the 2nd floor so you don't feel crowded at all even if everyone is in the same living room. Before getting there, google map said it would be a 15 minute...

"The house is very conveniently located near the expressway and Boston airport. It was a quick drive (when traffic was light). The bedrooms are good sized and are upstairs which was nice if one of us was up earlier than the other. "

We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable.
