"This rental was a perfect home away from home to have our granddaughter visit us during our stay. The house is clean and has plenty of space to entertain our guests. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub on our first night there, and it felt great after our long drive up. When it was time for bed, the upstairs master suite awaiting us had a roomy and very relaxing bed with soft large pillows and a fluffy comforter. "The house was absolutely gorgeous and spotless upon arrival, comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids from 1y-7y. House has everything you need for your stay, we were so appreciative Theresa put up a baby gate, pack n play, booster seats and children’s dishes for us. We loved the coffee station. House is in a beautiful setting and close to farms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We were looking for a place in the Boston area for our short term mission team. We wanted to be together and this home offered us that opportunity. It was clean and laid out well. It housed our group of ten. Plenty of beds and baths. Good kitchen and the host was so welcoming. We even got to use the grill in the large outdoor space. I highly recommend this property."

"We went in November for a small family retreat and did expect to nor did we swim or kayak. But being on the lake, sitting on the dock and small beach was a magical way to see so many many stars in the sky. It was steps to walk into Pawtuckaway park and go in a hike. We made it to the fire tower!"

"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"Our family of 7 enjoyed the space this house offered. Lei was very quick in responding to questions. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the Pine St. Eatery for breakfast and it's right around the corner from this house."

"We stayed for a ladies trip to Manchester. The house worked out great with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom for all five of us. The location was convenient to all the places we visited. Kara was very attentive to answer questions. Overall a great place to stay. "

"We stayed at this house dir a quick trip into Boston fir a show at Berkeley. It was easy to get to. Right off the highway. Clean and looks like the pictures. The only thing was that a half a cake was left in the frig. No biggie as we had little groceries. Would definitely stay there again we little to put it. "

"Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area."

"This charming Lakehouse was the perfect vacation spot for my husband and myself along with our two adult children and their spouses and our three grandchildren.
