Food was very good, and was good portions. Pool could be a little warmer, but it was a good place to spend some time. Everything was very clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Cookies are good. Room had a nice view of the city.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t think I was going to have a Hispanic talking staff member in the front desk that gave us a good recommendation of the area. The bar was great and the breakfast too! I would recommend and visit again sometime soon! Thanks!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Everything about our stay, from start to finish, was easy and effortless. Room was clean, cozy, and wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains and Manchester. The staff was particularly great, especially Emilie, who was able to help us with extending our stay and a late checkout due to a snowstorm canceling my outbound flight. Will definitely be booking here again on my next stay in Manchester.
