"Beautiful view. Quiet and comfortable. We had the property to ourselves but there are 2 other cottages on the property so there could be company. We went to fish but the weather was terrible but I don’t have anything negative to say about the cottage."

"We loved the location of place! We had the beach to ourselves! It was easy to get to shopping areas, grocery stores etc. The area is quaint and quiet for a Thanksgiving getaway. The hosts were easy to work with and the process was easy. We are likely to try to book this again next Thanksgiving if possible. Thank you!"

"We had a great visit. First time to Melbourne. Unfortunately you need to drive most places. We like where you can walk from our rental. Our house was very clean and lots of little added touches like flowers, treats for us and our dog. We had a nice relaxing time.Thank you."

"We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area."
