"We stayed in the cottages of IndianRiver lagoon waterfront cottages March 1-31 The cottages are quaint and cute . They are perfect for a couple or small families . If the cottage walls could speak, I am sure we would hear great stories of their 80 year history. The grounds are beautiful with walk ways and palm trees and flowering bushes. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!"

"Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."

"We had a wonderful time. Great location. Easy beach access and restaurants within walking distance. The duplex property was perfect for our group. We had family dinners upstairs and older kids stayed down stairs, allowing them to stay up late. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a very short walk to the beach and towels, chairs and boogie boards and bicycles were available."
