"We loved our stay here! From the check in process with the lovely staff, we felt welcome and loved the vibes. It's located right on the beach with access to a quieter part of the space coast so you feel like you have the entire beach to yourselves. They have umbrellas and chairs that you can use and bring down to sit as well as a shower to spray off the sand before you go back to your room. Our room was clean, with a comfy bed and lots of pillows and towels. We would definitely come back and stay here, we loved everything about it. "

"This house has a comfortable warm feeling. We have 2 small well trained dogs and they loved it, too. There is a fenced area for dogs to run around and mine were busy chasing small lizards.They loved it! Most rentals do not have an area like that. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has 3 beautiful bedrooms-we only used one. There is decking with plenty outdoor seating in and out of the sun. We loved the deck pathway right to the beautiful beach, which is also dog friendly. The ocean is in full view from the house while the house sits back a little and is quiet from noise on the beach and on the road behind it. We saw a couple guys catch a shark and let it go. That was exciting! When we are in that area again, we will contact Ric who is very friendly and responds right way. Definitely recommend this house. Karen C. "

"Perfect location! 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice pool, hot tub. House was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well-stocked, although no basics like salt and pepper, foil, baggies or measuring cups. Plenty of beach towels! Access to clubhouse pool was nice. Kids loved the arcade games. We would return. Excellent stay!"
