Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier.

Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. Ryckman park is a short walk with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. They also hold local community events there.

PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Clean Comfy Rental with an Unbeatable Location
The property is clean, king size bed is very comfy and the location cannot be beat. Directly across from the MB Market (best coffee!) And a block to the beach. Very nice beach chair and umbrella for use. Short walk to the MB Pier to watch the sunset. Awesome stay, thank you!

My wife and I loved this apartment for our Florida Beach location, excellent location and not a crowded area. The store across the street was great and many places to eat. The beach and the pier on intercostal waterway were walking distance. The beach was very nice and not overcrowded.

Great Beach Getaway Location
My wife and I enjoyed three nights with no problems. The location was wonderful, with lots of resources nearby for dining and recreation. We especially enjoyed the Market across the street. The fenced yard does have an open end, so be aware if you have brought your pet and want to let them out in the back. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning system was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place and location!
Stayed here for a few nights with my nieces and loved how convenient the location was to the beach, restaurants and grocery store - could walk to all of them! The unit itself was clean and everything needed was provided for. The bedroom got a bit warm at night because the AC unit is in the living room, but with the ceiling fan it wasn't too, too bad.

Apartment Near Everything
My husband and I stayed for a week in this downtown Melbourne apartment. We were handling some personal business and the location, layout of the property, and ease of checking in and out were a life saver. Being all on one level was great for our dog. We walked to several restaurants and the grocery store. The managers accommodated a few logistical situations for us that made our stay worry free. We highly recommend a stay here!

Quality Beach Cottage
We were pleasantly surprised to find the beach cottage was "as described" in the summary of the property. The kitchen supplies were ample, the unit was clean and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Being able to walk to the high quality market/deli, restaurants and the beach within a few minutes was so convenient. Would recommend highly!

Location and property was perfect for our family of 3 and the property was cleaner than the Hilton we stayed in previously. There was a slight cigarette smoke smell inside (I’m very sensitive to it) due to (I believe) the neighbors smoking outside. However, we will be booking again and are already planning our next stay!

This apartment is perfect. You literally would not need to go anywhere else. One block from the beach, a short walk from the pier, a grocery store across the street, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well appointed and every detail is thought out. It was my birthday and there were even candles in the apartment!! I travel a lot and this is one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in. We will be regulars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It is the ideal location. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Melbourne Marked across the street was amazing! Within an hour of arriving we had locked ourselves out of the condo and called Ken. He was very helpful and got us access immediately. To top it all off, I left a pair of earrings behind when we left. Ken was gracious enough to mail them to me! Thanks, Ken!

Home away from home.
This is my husband and I secret get away place.The location is perfect.Walking distance to the beach,market across the street and restaurants.Everything you could need in walking distance.The people in Melbourne are very nice and friendly.We have stayed at this location about 5-6 times.Always clean,laundry room is great to have.Checjk-in is always easy.Ken is a text or call away.He communicated with us and wished us safe travels.We may return in December for our anniversary but will definitely return next summer.We may come with our family.I found out you can you make arrangements to rent sll 4 units .See you soon.

Wonderful spot
This was such a great find! We stayed in Unit 1 which has been completely renovated and decorated stylishly. It was cool, comfortable and quiet, despite being fairly close to the road (thanks to the insulating windows) and we enjoyed every minute of our too-short week. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with shops and restaurants along the main drag and quiet residential side streets for taking a stroll. You are a short walk to the beautiful uncrowded beach where you'll also find our favorite beachside hangout "Sand on the Beach". Walk towards the riverside for lovely sunset views from the historic park. Melbourne Beach is a great place to get away from it all yet still have everything you need practically at your doorstep. Big thanks to David and Dan for creating such a wonderful spot!
