"This is a different class of B&B. All rooms appear to have individual exterior entrance and the privacy that comes with that. Excellent furnishings, fridge in room, common space with gardens, small pool and "garden waterfall hot tub". Breakfast and happy hour, both excellent."

Our daughter and her family have heard us talking about the cottage for years and couldn't wait to join us this year. They couldn't wait to meet Julia and see for themselves what we have told them of our vacations there. The cottage is the perfect place to get away, it is private, quiet and only steps from the ocean. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed."

"Our room was about 50 ft from the edge of the beach. We enjoyed beautiful ocean views while drinking our coffee in the morning. We could walk on the beach for miles. The salt water heated pool was delightful in the afternoon. Everyone we met on the property was very nice. The grills were brand new."

"Perfect location! 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice pool, hot tub. House was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well-stocked, although no basics like salt and pepper, foil, baggies or measuring cups. Plenty of beach towels! Access to clubhouse pool was nice. Kids loved the arcade games. We would return. Excellent stay!"
