"This is a gem of a hotel tucked away in an industrial estate but indoors it’s quiet, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfy and clean and there’s a relaxed vibe. It’s a 10K walk to and through Maximapark but well worth it - just annoying that the nearest bridge over the motorway doesn’t allow bikes or pedestrians so you spend less time in the park."

"Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel. "

"Amazing hotel, we had the family room that was made for children, it had anything you'd need and more - our little one loved picking up the books and sat in the comfy chair to read them. There was also a changing table, lovely cot and a baby bath, which made us feel like we were at home. "Staff very friendly. They also run the cafe and food is reasonable. Hotel very convenient for historic sights. Room supposed to be best and right at top of building. Great views and useful small roof terrace. However, layout not great and a bit tired. Wash basin area poor. TV a head injury risk. "Fantastic location in the mall and next to the train station so easy to use as a hub to visit greater Netherlands. The room was a bit small (would have been very tight for two people) but in general it was such a great location it was fine. Breakfast was erratic. Some mornings, no bread and HUGE lines nearly impossible to maneuver, but in general a good location. "

"Personnel attitude and performance was excellent. Very clean and with good options for breakfast. Very good location tonealk around yhe city center. Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam."

"A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They couldn't do enough for you. Located in the ideal location, on Amstel. It's a 20ish minute walk into the center of Amsterdam (25 minutes to Central Station) and around a 20 minute walk to the Heineken and the Van Gogh Museum. Some lovely restaurants around the area and the hotel backs onto Rembrandtplein, which features clubs and other restaurants. The National Opera and Ballet is on the other side of the water. I stayed in a twin room with canal view and lucked out with the 5th floor overlooking Amstel. The view was stunning. I slept with the curtains open so I could look out overnight. The room was spacious and the bathroom was in good nick. Great facilities in the hotel, including a mini self serve supermarket (including a Starbucks coffee machine) and air hockey and a pool table. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurants or explore much further, but overall had a great experience at the hotel."

"This hotel is perfect if you have a layover that's overnight. I've stayed here several times and the staff is efficient, the room is clean and peaceful. I really liked the bathroom as it offers everything you need to shower, including soaps, lotions and hair blower. I will continue to stay here when I have an overnight layover at Schiphol. Thank you."

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casa for a week in Amsterdam. We were a little hesitant because it is outside the city centre. However, we are very happy we made the decision to stay here. It is a quiet area that provided a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Central station is less than a 10 minute ride from Amstel Station, which is right next to the hotel. Day trips were also cheaper from Amstel Station. The hotel was clean and quiet, with rooms bigger than normal for Europe. Staff were fabulous. They were kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome and at home. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean and had sufficient hot water. We would definitely stay here again. "
