"Had a great stay here, booked the economy standard room as was travelling alone and it was more than sufficient in terms of space and amenities. Lot’s of branded toiletries given, as well as bath slippers and complimentary tea/coffee. "Staff were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The food was great. However the free flowing alcohol did not make it a very Muslim friendly environment. Europeans were very rude. But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. Staff in the spa were great. "

"It is a good hotel, not too small or not too large. The only concern we had is that the elevator done to the water level is broken, and it is quite a walk getting down there."

"This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund."

"When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure.
