I recently stayed at PRIVADO Hotels and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is budget-friendly and conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to the receptionist, Isil, for her exceptional service. Highly recommended to all!

Really recommend the stay here - close to amnesties and shops and old Bazar (town& market to buy stuff or look around) and also close to many restaurants and places to eat and the real turkey culture Hotel is excellent with good facilities and very friendly staff, who can answer any questions you may have

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair and crumbs in the bunk beds, so two of the 5 beds were dirty and it didn’t appear the sheets on the bunk beds had been washed. The hallway and bathroom smelled of smoke. The hotel staff were friendly. We stayed only one night so we made do.

Nice bed but I requested in my Booking Queen or King size bed if available. I has a single individual and little bed. No communication between the night receptionist and the morning schedulr. No Bill received yesterday night when I've payed to extend my stay. There are some aspects to improve, please. The structure and decoration IS very good. The rate for the room also. Thanks for that
