"Lovely hotel with delicious breakfasts. A really lovely experience in the interesting city of Antalya. Airport is about half an hour away so convenient location right in the centre of the old town. I loved the archaeological artefacts all round the grounds. Very relaxing and tranquil."

"I truly appreciate the attitude by the hotel manager who was kind enough to choose the right room for me during the check-in. The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. "This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever sat foot in. The Turkish tourism board must have been bribed to give this hotel a license to operate. We were given the room key for 403 and went to the room to unpack before heading out. As soon as we walked in the room and saw all the hair, food waste and general dirt on the floor we knew it had not been cleared for years. Looking further at the room the bedding had large holes in it and when I looked under the sheets one of the beds has a pubic...

"We book and paid around 600$, we canceled our booking in just 10 mins after we did it, but the management did not accept to refund any of our amount! They told us it is their policy ! How come you take money for a service that you haven’t provide??"

"We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use....
