"The service was great, but the rooms were a little small. I requested a room change at the front desk, but they didn’t follow up with me. I was sure there were plenty of vacant rooms available to replace it, but they ignored my request. Overall, based on my experience, this hotel deserves 4.5 stars. "The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel. "

"This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund."

"When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of! A special thanks to our waiter...
