"We needed a break from the hustle of every day life in Austin, Texas. Ash Creek Hideway was just the perfect place in all ways. Comfy interior and great outdoor spaces for everyone! We had a fire and roasted marshmallows, we played ping pong, we played board games, we watched the moon and stars! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. And so many birds! Woodpeckers, jays, martins, hummingbirds! And the fully fenced huge yard made our dogs able to frolic safely. We’ll be back. Thank you Wendy!"

"Quaint little cottage on beautiful property, with shared pool and right across road from Guadalupe River. Loved the wallpapers and carved wooden furniture. Was great to have a comfy holiday home where our dog was welcome. In the mornings we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with lovely view of nature, or down in the dry creek, before the heat of the day got to us. Check-in was very simple, and we lacked nothing during the stay."

It is decorated wonderfully and in the morning, we sat in the small back area room and watched the deer and peacock browse around. Everything was comfortable. (and I loved the Root Beer Floats that were provided). It is close to a highway, so a few vehicles zooming but other than that, a WONDERFUL stay!"
