"The location is perfect for family gatherings by the river, including beautiful rapids on the Guadalupe River, and lots of other amenities in the campground. The cabin was in pristine condition upon arrival and set up for extended stays, if necessary. The entire property is well maintained and can accommodate large groups staying in separate cabins. "Great place! Had a great time. The river access was key. Spent both nights eating at Howdys. Great food and atmosphere. Nice little lake. Caught some bass. Definitely recommend for a hill country getaway. "

"Loved our stay for our 16th anniversary! Cute a-frame home with large windows that allows great natural light in. There is a hot tub on property but you have to fill, heat and drain it. We did not have time to use it. The outdoor patio was a great area to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and a nice glass of wine to watch the sunset. "
