"Our group had a great time and enjoyed the space the home offered. Plenty of space for us to each have our own room. We coked a couple of times and had plenty of pots, utensils, etc. The communication with the owner and property management team was excellent. A quick response was received when we reached out. We will definitely look at staying here again."

"We loved this property. It was cozy and in a quiet neighborhood far enough from the live music on main street and close enough to make getting downtown a breeze. The hot tub was so relaxing at night in the cool weather with a beautiful star-filled sky thanks to the lights-out ordinance of Fredericksburg. The bathrooms were also stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms were quite large with comfortable beds. "Overall this house and location were great! However, an outdoor fire pit was one of the big attractions for us, but much our surprise there was no firewood. When I asked the property manager about where to find the wood he said there probably wasn’t any because they hadn’t been there in a while and we should have brought our own! If wood is not going to be provided, they should let the guests know in advance so they can plan accordingly. I was told there was an HEB close by if we wanted to go...

"Four ladies on a girl's trip for the weekend. We had a great time. The location was fantastic as we could walk to Main Street. House was clean and exactly as described. Were a little disappointed the hot tub wasn't working, but that was only a minor issue and still was a five star trip!"
