"We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the best one ever! Debbie is an amazing host and her place was amazing, too! Our stay started the day after Christmas, and we were greeted with not one but two fully decorated lit Christmas trees! The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, drinks and everything you could possibly want after a long drive. We will be back again soon! Thank you for the warm Fancy Gap hospitality!!"

"My partner and I loved the privacy of this location, and how little light and sound pollution there was! It was very cold in December while we were there, but there were blankets for us to use, and the bed was incredible comfortable. A wonderful stay!"

"My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had lots of day hikes planned and this served as a good hub for those hikes. The hot tub and fireplace were excellent to come back home to after a nice (but cold and wet) day of hiking. The owners were very quick to respond when we could not get the hot tub on and our vacation did not miss a beat. The view was excellent as well, but unfortunately it was really foggy most of the time so we couldn’t really enjoy it. "

"We traveled from Philadelphia to Bland for a family funeral and this house was the perfect home away from home. It is very comfortable and well stocked with all we needed. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen window provided a lovely view of the sunrise over the mountains. The location was amazing. Very close to the AT and other great hiking and biking. "Bedrooms were great, separate sides of the house. Dining area was nice for eating and playing Uno. The living room was a good hangout for movies and snow flurry watching. The whole house was nicely heated. Great location for game day!"

"Syracuse volleyball parents hosted thanksgiving dinner for the team. The place was large enough for 27 people. The outdoor space and lower level provided enough activity for the girls before and after dinner. We had a great time! Thank you 😊"

"We just loved it! Way beyond our expectations! The cabin was was so very cozy, and everything was just wonderful. The setting was peaceful and tranquil, especially with the stream running along the cabin. The cabin gives you the feel as if you are back in the 1800s, yet had all of the modern conveniences to enjoy and relax with. The complimentary bottle of wine was so nice! We will be back!"

"This small secluded cabin was the perfect location for a family weekend with the pups. The property was scrupulously clean & beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking the property, playing the games, and sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. We experienced some unprecedented difficulties due to a major hurricane striking the area during our stay, and both the property manager and the owner were a class act. I could not recommend this property more. "
