"Oh my goodness! There is not enough words to describe our stay at this little piece of heaven! From the moment we walked in, it was like a step back in time! "Unfortunately we only stayed the night on our trip back from Florida. The home was exactly as described and better than we expected. The home was super clean and the host is amazing. She’s so friendly and responded right away with the few questions we had, and she even left a nice snack selection which was such a treat because we arrived pretty late due to the weather and traffic conditions along the way. "The location was quiet and there’s a spacious area for hanging out and playing games. Plenty of sleeping space! Our dogs loved the fenced in area too. A few trails around the area, easy to get to by car. Would love to visit in warmer season. Only downside was the stairs leading to the rooms, pretty steep so may be unsafe for some pets. Also sleeps 10 but only one shower. The hot water never ran out though! Overall a great experience and very responsive hosts. "

"We had a nice weekend relaxing on the lake. Perfect location for casual fishing, 35 minute drive into Radford and 49 minute drive to Jefferson National Forest Park. Very secluded location. Had all necessary cooking ware to make some great meals at the house!"

"We had a great stay at this property in Draper during our family spring break trip, which also included a tour of Virginia Tech. The location was perfect—less than an hour drive to campus. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was a great base for both exploring the area and spending quality time together as a family. And the dogs absolutely loved the yard! Overall, a very positive experience—we’d definitely stay here again!"

"Syracuse volleyball parents hosted thanksgiving dinner for the team. The place was large enough for 27 people. The outdoor space and lower level provided enough activity for the girls before and after dinner. We had a great time! Thank you 😊"
