"Loved the location and the back room with the gas fireplace was really great! Place was very quaint and peaceful. A couple of the room heater remotes did not work and we had to shut these off by unplugging and the hot tub could use a new cover. These are simple things and we would definitely go back again. "

"This place was top notch from top to bottom, great communication with owner. Every thing u need ( we over packed) if you can think of it as far as amenities goes, it’s there. We will be back for years to come . If I were to have just one critique, it would be our yurt outside light went off automatically at 11:00, while the others stayed on for about an additional hour. But again I’m just not picking for even mentioning it. Great stay"

"This would be the second time we've stayed here. Great location near the state park. The pool has been redone and is excellent. A great place to unplug and rejuvenate yourself. "

"The views were beautiful and we didnt need to leave the whole weekend! You may want to stop for groceries on the way in. If you don't mind the drive, there's a little food lion aboit 20 minutes away. Definitely a getaway "PEACE" of space!"

"Our family wanted a getaway that was far enough away from everything but still close enough if we needed it. The house was exactly as advertised! It was super spacious and beautiful! The pond was fun to fish in while there was a fire going nearby! Lots of wildlife and relaxation! The thermostat was broken when we got there, so there was no heat, but communication with Alex was very consistent and it was fixed the very next morning! "House has some unfinished business, electrical wires out of walls, outlets in coffee bar area wd not work, no where to hand towels or put your luggage other than in floor, no towel racks, no toilet paper holders. Now the outside, it looked awful. Weeds and overgrowth of grass was out of control. Vines growing out of gutters and up the outside of house. No blind or window coverings downstairs.
